Each header then has the specific task under the heading so I can tick off the area that is completed and it keeps me focused to the task at hand. When you have a 'to do' list with 30+ tasks on it you become overwhelmed. By batching you trick your subconscious into thinking you are doing small quick tasks. You will be surprised at how quickly you get through your areas to work on.
